 We opened the doors at 7 pm. The evening began with freestyle dancing in Fox Trot, Tango and Swing. Our panel of 3 judges (Raphael Cologne, Danielle Heroux, and Lilia Borovski) watched closely.
Next up was the students opportunity to present dance routines with personalized choreography. Each routine really fit the students personality well and all were performed excellently.
After breaking for dinner, the Barbara Thompson School of Dance performed 3 numbers for all in attendance resulting in much applause.
After some general dancing open to any in attendance, Peter Perzhu and Alexandra Ostapchuk performed the Pro Show with a Tango, Samba, Cha Cha, Jive and ending with a number titled "Dreams".
The well-varied evening concluded with an awards presentation for those who performed in the showcase. We want to thank all those who had a part for helping to make this event such a success!
