Last week a very prestigious event of the dancing world was taking place in Columbus, OH – Ohio Star Ball Championships. This is one of the biggest competitions during the year, and it was even more unique this time because the event was celebrating its 40th anniversary. Sam Sodano have been doing an amazing job organising this championship, taking accommodations, schedules, performances, and shows to the highest level.

Members of Arthur Murray Jacksonville South team had a great opportunity to participate in this event and represent the studio in different categories on the dance floor. Marko Namen, Natasha Namen, and Dmitriy Modell, the usual participants of big championships, also travelled to Columbus last weekend to join the celebration. Besides, the teacher of Arthur Murray Jacksonville South studio, Aleksandr Skriptsov, was performing at Ohio Star Ball Championships with his partner Aida Skriptsova.
